Wanted : Travel Buddy
A Travel Buddy is a travel partner, a travel companion, or travel mate and much more ...
Frequency Ask Question:
1. How shall I pay the bills to you?
-We accept payments primarily through Xoom.com website. If you encounter any problem, we then accept other professional couriers, i.e. Western Union, TNT, Fedex, UPS, etc.
-We compute first your total days of engagement with us. Then, we require at least 40% advance for our mobilization. When you arrive in the Philippines, you pay the balance. We have chosen this "fast procedure" because most of our clients normally stay just a few days in the country.
2. For how long my Travel Buddy shall be with me?
-There are 2 kinds of support that you will receive: your Travel Buddy and the Coordinator at our Travel Center.
-Your Travel Buddy is a resident of the place that you will visit. He/she normally have a residence in that place but will stay with you to run all your errands, guide you around the place, and see if you're safe - as long as you need him/her or after the errands are done.
-Anyway, you still have a 24-hour Travel Center Coordinator that you can still ask help or any emergency arrangement.
3. Shall I be supposed to pay something extra to my Travel Buddy?
-We discourage giving of tips to our Travel Buddy DURING your engagement with us.
-When it's time for you to leave the country and you find your Travel Buddy's service as excellent, simply give a high rating in the Customer Feedback Form.
-Any tips given are voluntary, between you and your Travel Buddy, and only AFTER the engagement.
4. Can I ask for a specific age range for my Travel Buddy?
-We usually accredit and rate your Travel Buddy based on being an 'authority" on the specific place that you will visit.
-We don't consider the age and gender when we accredit them but only the unique travel itinerary (social tourism, adventure travel, eco-tourism) they can offer to our clients and we add previous rating from other clients.
5. Shall I have to pay for the meal of my Travel Buddy?
-Invitation only. A Travel Buddy is usually from the place or a resident of the place that you will visit. He/She goes home and we also include this food provision to his/her payment. However, you can invite your Travel Buddy if you like but there's no obligation.
6. This $40 which you shown as your charge shall extend me what services? Is any extra services also included in this which has not been mentioned here?
-Meets you at the airport
-Arranges transportation anywhere you go
-Finds the best places to stay
-Accompanies you to your appointments
-Arranges your travel plans and documents
-Guides you around the Philippines
-Checks your safety and security
If there are other legitimate errands or instructions, we are very happy to oblige.
7. What is the minimum number of days for which I shall hire a Travel Buddy?
-The minimum is at least 3 days. This means that if you plan to stay in the Philippines for much longer and you only want us for 3 days, you can just pay us for 3 days.
8. Can I have different Travel Buddies on different days if I remain on one place only i.e. Manila?
Only because of poor service that you will change your Travel Buddy. However, we are very happy to oblige
when you ask us.
Simply fill up our online form below if you still need further clarifications.
